The Rosen Spotlight

The Rosen Spotlight presents RCG's views and proprietary forecasts for the largest US metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs, as defined by the government). Each MSA contains two types of analysis that can be accessed separately or as a comprehensive economic and real estate study of trends and forecasts:

1. Metropolitan Area Economic and Demographic Trends and Outlook
Proprietary RCG forecasts for economic and demographic indicators are presented. We address key indicators such as employment trends by sector, population and net migration, income and household formation.

RCG provides our Economic Risk Assessment for each MSA for the current quarter and for a three-year outlook.

2. Metropolitan Area Property Type Analysis
The RCG Spotlight covers the office, industrial, retail and single-family and multi-family housing property markets and can be purchased by individual property type. RCG utilizes a variety of data sources with the goal of obtaining the best data available. RCG's proprietary forecast trends for office, industrial, multi- and single-family housing and retail properties are available with key supply and demand activities highlighted in the text. RCG forecast trends include rents, absorption, rent growth and vacancy. The major markets include coverage for central business district and suburban office markets, as well as key submarket coverage.

We provide a Real Estate Market Cycle Time for each property type. RCG's "Clock Times" give our current view of where each property type is positioned in the current real estate market cycle terms of fundamental supply and demand. In addition, RCG provides an overall Property Risk Assessment for the current period and with a forward three-year time frame.

Each time you select a Rosen Spotlight, the most recent data is imported into your report from our live database. RCG's forecasts are updated quarterly.
